The holiday homes are located in Marina di Pisticci, close to the archaeological site at Metaponto, which was the ancient center of Magna Grecia. The holiday homes form part of the Argonauti Resort, a newly built tourist complex designed by architect Luigi Vietti, which is inspired by the typical villages of Mediterranean fisherfolk. The Argonauti Resort plays host to various types of apartments and villas, as well as a cutting-edge fitness center, several restaurants and a 6,000m² lagoon-shaped swimming pool that marks out the edges of the four-star Hotel degli Argonauti. The complex offers a plethora of guest services, in addition to an extensive array of leisure and sporting facilities.

The Case in Vacanza holiday homes are separated from the sea by a lush, refreshing pine forest. The golden sandy beach can be easily accessed using the convenient
shuttle service or via a pleasant walk in the shade of the fragrant pine forest (the Resort is located just 700 meters from the sea).

All of the apartments are luxuriously appointed and feature a separate entrance. The comfortable and spacious rooms are complemented by the generously proportioned terraces and fully equipped gardens. All of the holiday homes come complete with every imaginable comfort, including a color TV, air conditioning and a safe. The homes have three floors: the ground floor faces out onto the garden whereas the two upper floors have large terraces.

The Resort also includes a wealth of restaurants, including one with a pizzeria and grill, as well as a beach bar, a bar/cake shop/ice-cream parlor, a news-stand/bookstore, a reading area, a supermarket, a mini-market, a bank and stores specializing in beachwear, home accessories, designer ceramics, fishing items and footwear, in addition to a boutique offering clothes, accessories, jewels and objets d’art.
